CULTUR FM Lights Up Lagos in a Night of Sound, Culture and Unshakeable Energy

CULTUR FM returned to Lagos on the 29th of August, 2026 for a night that will be remembered as one of the year’s defining cultural moments with a sold-out, sundown-to-sunrise experience where sound, community and unmistakable Lagos energy collided at Casa 45 Night Club, Victoria Island. From 9PM to 4AM, Casa 45 became the epicentre of the city’s cultural pulse as over 1,500 people ranging from creatives, tastemakers, music lovers and members of the wider CULTUR FM community all filled the floor for a night built entirely around connection. It was more than a party, it was a homecoming for a community that spans continents, brought together, for one night, under one roof.

The night’s curated DJ lineup moved the crowd through a masterclass in rhythm and range. COCOA opened proceedings with a set that eased the room into its groove, before CASPERSANDRA raised the temperature with a run of high-energy selections that never let the floor rest. VIBES & TPICK brought their signature genre-blending chemistry, threading Afrobeats, amapiano and global sounds into one continuous wave, before TITANIUM closed out the night with a set built for the final stretch. Hosts PERRYBLACK and AYO SANTOS held the room together throughout, their crowd command turning transitions into moments and moments into memories.

The night’s standout moment, however, came from an unexpected fusion. A live band performance from TPICK & VIBES brought a rare live-instrumentation energy into the DJ booth’s world. It was a first for a CULTUR FM Lagos night, and one that signalled exactly where the brand’s experiences are headed: bigger, bolder, and increasingly genre-defying.

The Lagos date also marked an important step in CULTUR FM’s expansion beyond its traditional December calendar.
