HOLY JAH FINDS BELLA SHMURDA IN GRATITUDE

Bella Shmurda has always called himself the Ghetto Preacher, known for turning personal truths
into songs that connect with everyday people. With Holy Jah, he stays true to that path, bringing
a message of balance in a time of noise.

Holy Jah speaks to happiness and gratitude. “Happiness is all I need, I don’t want no
stress,” Bella sings. He asks listeners to look within and to God for strength. The lines “Wetin
dey you find for sokoto, omo e fit dey your shokoto” carry an old lesson: what you seek
outside might already be with you.

The song moves with a smooth amapiano-inspired rhythm led by Popito’s log drums. Bella’s
voice rides the beat, calm but sure. It’s a groove that makes you sway while still hearing the
heart of his words. Holy Jah is as much for the dancefloor as it is for quiet reflection.
Holy Jah is out now on all platforms.
