BRYANN MERGES ELECTRONIC, RAGE, POP, AND AFROBEATS ON PARANODEYDOL

Bryann has built a reputation as an Afrobeats artist unafraid to experiment. Known for his last
project, Ileke and his run as first runner-up on Big Brother Naija Season 7, he returns with
Paranodeydol, a 6-track EP that takes his sound to new ground.

Paranodeydol explores the desire to lose yourself and leave behind what weighs you down.
Bryann explains, “Throughout the time I was making this project, I was angry and
frustrated. I needed to make something that matched that aggression or something to
help me forget I was in pain. Paranodeydol is that outlet. I hope people hear it and feel
free enough to dance or just forget their problems for a while.”

The EP merges Afrobeats with electronic, rage, and South African house elements, drawing
influence from Don Jazzy, Spax, Mo’Hits, Asake, Magicticks, and Sarz. Standout single Debe
features DJ Jae Murphy and Ṣẹwà, delivering a three-step electronic street anthem. Trabaye
with Alpha P adds another layer of energy to the tracklist, which also includes Ijo, Rora, Update,
and Lower. Bryann handled part of the production alongside LOL, Arthur, Dayrick, and NYRP,
with mixing and mastering by TUC and A&R by Frank Emmanuel and Stevie (Kayode).
Paranodeydol is now available on all streaming platforms.
